Skiving machine ABR-ASMG-4 is designed for abrasive cloth/ paper
belt joint preparation which combined joint edge skiving & glue coating.
Continuous feeding system with conveyor belt.
Suitable for tape joint, or overlap joint.
Scuffing units can be customized.
New model of skiving unit, which is easily adjusted.

1 40 degree sanding belt scuffing unit

1 clean & strip disc/ wire brush scuffing unit

1 opposite diamond cup scuffing unit

All scuffing unit are 6-direction adjustable

With air cleaning part

With roller glue coating unit, or spray glue coating (Customer can choose one model)

With a 1.54m baking oven for glue drying

Heating oven temperature: 60~100°C

Continous feeding with conveyor belt

Feeding speed: 10m/min

Fold-able roller table to hold material
